The mood of the festival is always upbeat! EVERYONE is always in great spirits! Celebrity D.J’s are pumping out beats… Festival goers eat well… and I’m always THRILLED 😁 to see people having such a good time!

So… how do you want your drink… shaken??? Stirred??? Are mixed really good??? This master mixer was steadily cranking out drinks ALL.NIGHT.LONG!
How about a REALLY pretty dessert??? Mango… passion fruit praline, coconut … chocolate and a vanilla marshmallow topping….
It’s soooo GOOD!!! A sweet treat in the form of a “dessert pop!”
This gourmet truffle 🌭 hot dog… from NoMad was AMAZING! The restaurant… and hotel is relatively NEW downtown… but it has quickly become “THE PLACE TO BE!!!” Record crowds flock to the restaurants, bars and rooftop 7 DAYS A WEEK! It always feels like the weekend… at NoMad..

the star-studded culinary lineup has offered guests access to some of the nation’s most celebrated chefs including the likes of as Thomas Keller, Grant Achatz, Guy Fieri, Giada De Laurentiis, Daniel Boulud, Tyler Florence, Scott Conant, and local LA favorites like David Lefevre, Michael Voltaggio, Nobu Matsuhisa, Joachim Splichal, Ray Garcia, Ricardo Zarate, and many more!

The flavors… and toppings were on point! There was a very interesting type of ice cream sandwich 🥪 …. It was made with a sticky Carmel bun…that tasted like a really soft donut 🍩
